Hi there! We absolutely love working at The Pines at Genesee, and can’t wait to document your wedding day at such a special wedding venue.
Felicia has been photographing at The Pines since 2012, and it is one of her absolute favorite wedding venues because of their amazing team and stunning backdrops!
As a package providers being available for your wedding is extremely important, which is why we have a team of photographers and videographers ready to capture your wedding day. When you get started with us, we’ll chat through the timeline and your specific vision, and after getting to know you you’ll be matched with a compatible lead photographer for your wedding day.

The Vendor Packages through The Pines at Genesee
How much does it cost?
You can book us for the photography package, videography package, or for both. Each package through The Pines at Genesee includes set services for $2195 + tax. This payment goes directly through The Pines. We have plenty of additional services or products you can add on for your wedding day, and those payments would go directly through Felicia Marti Photo + Video.
What’s included in The Photography Package?
The package includes unlimited consultation, 1 lead photographer for 5 hours of photography at The Pines at Genesee, All of your edited hi-res photos on a flash drive, an online gallery to view the day and share with family and friends, a 60 minute engagement session in the Denver area, and 15 images of your choice from the engagement session.
What’s included in The Videography Package?
The package includes unlimited consultation, 1 lead videographer for 5 hours of photography at The Pines at Genesee, 3-5 minute highlight video of your wedding, up to 2 cameras used during ceremony and reception events, and professional audio recording included from your day in your highlight video.
What is the total cost for Photography + Videography?
Your total investment would be $4,390 + tax, and that gives you both photo and video memories of your wedding day!
How much can really be captured in 5 hours?
You’d be surprised! 5 hours really creates the perfect essentials on the wedding day. Most couples are able to get some getting ready photos and detail shots, along with the bridesmaids and groomsmen photos before it’s time to prepare for the ceremony. After the ceremony there’s 45 minutes to do family photos, any other bridal party photos, and of course, the bride and groom alone! After that leaves 2 hours at the reception to capture candids while you mingle with guests, and the big wedding events like toasts and first dances.
Do you have any sample videos we can preview?
Yes! We have many videos on our youtube channel and on our Instagram TV! Follow us on both or either while you’re checking them out!
Can we add on extra time?
Of course! During your consultation we’ll discuss the preliminary wedding timeline and you’ll have the option to add on more time if you see fit. The extra hour rate is $299 per hour, and is paid for directly through Felicia Marti Photography.
Can we add a second photographer and/or videographer?
Definitely. 2nd shooters are great options for extra coverage, and to maximize photo time on the wedding day. It’s awesome having 2 angles and 2 team members there to capture the memories of your day. Should you decide to add on a second shooter, this will be paid for directly through Felicia Marti Photo and Video.
Where do we go for our engagement photos?
Engagement Sessions are done on location around the Denver Area. Common locations include Lookout Mountain Park, Red Rocks Park, Downtown Golden, Eldorado Springs, Downtown Denver, and Evergreen. If you have a special location request, we’ll do our best to accomodate it, but be aware a few locations do require photography permits and extra travel fees.
How do I know who will be my photographer?
We understand that your relationship with your photographer is extremely important. We try to identify as soon as possible who your photographer will be so that you have the chance to have an engagement session with that person, but there is a chance that your lead photographer could change up until 4 months before your wedding date. In the event of a photographer change, you’ll be given options to meet the photographer in advance to ensure compatibility.
